SimpleModern currently offers delivery throughout the United States. Orders shipped to valid U.S. addresses qualify for free standard shipping, and there is no minimum order value required.
Where We Deliver
We accept orders for delivery to valid addresses within the United States only. Please make sure your shipping details are complete and accurate before submitting your order.
Order Preparation
Most purchases are prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days.
Our regular processing schedule is Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. Processing starts after the order has been successfully submitted and the payment has been confirmed.
Delivery Time
Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, standard delivery generally takes approximately 4–6 business days.
This timeframe is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date. Delays may occur because of carrier operations, severe weather, seasonal shipping volume, address-related problems, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Shipment Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
A tracking number may not display activity immediately after shipment. Please allow the carrier some time to scan and update the tracking record.
Shipping Address and Delivery Problems
Customers are responsible for entering the correct and complete U.S. delivery address during checkout.
SimpleModern cannot be held responsible for delivery failures or delays caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrectly entered address information.
If your shipment arrives damaged, contains the wrong product, is missing an item, or encounters another unexpected delivery problem, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible so we can review the issue.
Changes and Cancellations
If you need to make changes to an order or request cancellation, please contact us before the order is shipped.
After dispatch, cancellation is no longer available. Any eligible return or exchange will then be handled according to our Refund Policy.
Taxes
Any applicable sales taxes or other required charges will be calculated and collected during checkout in accordance with applicable law.
